I am happy to share the news that one of my images from my recent project ‘Cambodia Burning‘ has been shortlisted for the British Photography Awards 2021.

The image selected is the one above and depicts two recently cut trees lying in the Beng Per Wildlife Sanctuary, in northern Cambodia. The image was taken by drone and it was my aim to communicate a new way of viewing the dramatic loss of forests in Cambodia. I am pleased that the image’s inclusion in this year’s awards will bring further attention to the plight of Cambodia’s forests.
