‘The Toxic Price of Leather’ Named Atkins CIWEM Environmental Film of the Year 2014

I’m very pleased to share the news with you that my recent short-film, ‘The Toxic Price of Leather’, has been named the Atkins CIWEM Environmental Film of the Year, at a ceremony at the Royal Geographical Society in London.

This film was made with the help of the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting who sponsored my recent travels to India to document numerous environmental issues there connected to pollution.

I hope this increased exposure for the film helps continue raise more awareness about this issue and the plight of the people of Kanpur, India.
