Environmental Film of the Year Finalist

“The Atkins CIWEM Environmental Photographer of the Year competition is an international showcase for the very best in environmental photography and film. Honouring amateurs and professionals of all ages, it provides an opportunity for photographers to share images of environmental and social issues with international audiences, and to enhance our understanding of the causes, consequences and solutions to climate change and social inequality.”

Very pleased to share the news with you that my short-film ‘The Toxic Price of Leather’ has been named a finalist in the film category of the upcoming Atkins CIWEM Environmental Photographer of the Year Competition.

Just one-month after releasing this film, this is a really encouraging sign and hopefully this will help the story reach more people.

So far the film has been watched over 15,000 times over on Vimeo. If you have shared the story, thank you!

The Environmental Photographer of the Year show will be taking place at the prestigious Royal Geographic Society in London between the 23rd June and 4th July. It will then travel to a number of venues across the UK. I hope you have a chance to see the show!
